At La Pav, all of our Pavlovas are made from scratch using fresh, local and high quality ingredients, from seasonal fruits right down to our meringues, creams, ganache’s and pralines. We don’t use premixes or pastes from industrial production and each pavlova is made with love and is Gluten Free! Our highly trained Head Patissier Johann who worked in top Michelin-starred restaurants, works tirelessly every day to bring you a completely unique dessert experience.
